1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering, accessing, or using Khana Khaloo app/website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.


2. Services Provided

  • Khana Khaloo connects users with restaurants, home chefs, and food brands for meal delivery.

  • We act only as a facilitator between the customer and the vendor.

  • Product quality, taste, freshness, and packaging are the responsibility of the respective restaurant/chef/vendor.


3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.

  • All information provided (name, contact, address, payment details) must be accurate and up to date.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account and password.


4. Orders & Payments

  • Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • Prices may vary depending on the restaurant, location, and delivery charges.

  • Payments can be made via cash on delivery, online payment methods, or other options available in the app.


5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation.

  • In case of delay, Khana Kha Loo will update you via in-app notifications or contact.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be provided.


6. Refunds & Complaints

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The order was cancelled by the vendor or app.

    • Wrong items were delivered.

    • Food was not delivered at all.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery.


7. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure food quality, hygiene, proper packaging, and timely preparation.

  • Khana Khaloo is not responsible for food-related health issues, allergies, or damages caused by vendor negligence.


8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the app for fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Attempt to hack, copy, or misuse app features.

  • Abuse, harass, or misbehave with delivery staff or vendors.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • Khana Khaloo is not liable for food quality, taste, quantity, or freshness.

  • Our responsibility is limited to connecting customers with vendors and arranging delivery.

  • Any disputes between customer and vendor must be resolved directly, although Khana Khaloo may assist where possible.


10. Modifications

  • Khana Khaloo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Users will be notified through app updates or announcements.


11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujranwala.
